SEPHORA HAIR - Cute At Work

Some days it’s silk presses and spreadsheets. Other days it’s truck stops and twist-outs.


This docu-style series explores what hair care looks like across class, industries, and lifestyles—spotlighting women from all walks of life, whether they’re running the boardroom or running errands between shifts.

It’s not about virtue signaling. The truth is: everyone’s figuring it out on the fly. Each story balances the aspirational, the relatable, and the tactical—capturing the real ways women navigate beauty and identity in their daily lives.

I was proud to be part of the incredible Dayna’s House team, serving as Director of Integrated Production. I partnered across the team to shape the go-to-market plan, develop the creative concept, including 4 impressive talent, oversee production, and help bring the final campaign launch to life.

Final Deliverables include: Long form youtube, :30 Instagram, Tiktok, :15s Reddit and Pinterest, and Stills.
